During my work in the corporate world, there has always been one question that lingered in the back of my mind: Can I build a business bearing my name and values?

The answer was not so simple. Life had other plans.But then a big accident shattered everything. I had to let go of my work and spend two and a half years recovering medically. That would be a full stop to development for most people. But it marked a beginning for me, a beginning to clarity.Because of that pause, I was able to slow down, reflect, and take a new path in my entrepreneurial journey.Learning Business from Ground UpIt is important to note that I had started a small business of my choice even before the accident. In this business, I would rebuild cars that had been involved in accidents andhad been acquired through insurance auction deals. After the incident and loss of employment, I became committed to this business. 

       I worked with almost all of the major insurance companies in Kerala. I gained real-life skills in terms of cost management, repair planning, collaboration, and trust. This phase of my career also imparted some valuable lessons: In fact, business is not merely an idea. It is implementation. This creed remains my guide even today. Entering the Online Business World However, as a freelance SEO expert in Kerala, once I had some confidence in an offline business, I felt that there was a need for further growth. I wanted to learn about “how to be an e-commerce business owner” and “how to create brands that could reach people in India”. I took time to learn new skill sets in technology using the Interval SkillX programme. I learned:

Website structure and content. This learning enabled me to transition easily from traditional business to contemporary digital platforms.

Creating My Own Brands Currently, I am the owner of various brands developed from the ground up:

ShieldXPro :- A luxury car infotainment screen protector brand. This product addresses a problem encountered by first-time car buyers.

Velyn Casa  :-  A brand focusing on aesthetics, simplicity, and style for home decoration and interiors.
